Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, or materials we bring to the project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes:

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

12. Support and Maintenance

Post-project support and maintenance services are available separately and subject to additional fees. Basic support may include:

• Bug fixes for a specified period
• Minor updates and adjustments
• Technical assistance

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
